Egg Salad made with the last of the homemade Green Goddess Dressing.
Rough chopped boiled eggs, a big spoonful of Green Goddess dressing, salt, pepper, a handful of watercress, on sprouted whole grain bread.

It's been so long since I've had Green Goddess dressing, that I can't quite remember how it tastes, or how it would taste with eggs. With all that said, it sure looks delicious. :)
